CONTACTING THE STORE DURING THE COVID-19 SITUATION
The store is currently open Monday - Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm.
- Online ordering is available 24/7. Please note that you may now specify curbside pickup or in-store pickup.
- Curbside pickup is from 10 am 4pm, Monday thru Saturday. See details below.
- In-store pickup - If you are comfortable coming into the store, you may pickup your order between 10 am and 4 pm Monday thru Saturday, once we have notified you that it is ready.
- Curbside pickup time is 10 am to 4pm Monday through Saturday. You may also use in-store pickup
- When you arrive, please park in front of the store if possible. Backing in is helpful, but not necessary.
- Open your trunk.
- Either come into the store or call 310-543-2473. Tell us your last name and if your order was online or by phone.
- We will put the order in your trunk.
- PLEASE----DO NOT CALL US UNTIL YOU ARRIVE AT THE STORE!!!
PLACING PHONE ORDERS/CONTACTING US:
- Phone orders may now be placed between 9 am and 4 pm for pickup either the same or following day. We still are not able to chat during the morning hours.
- When you call to place your order, please have your credit card ready. We do not keep credit card numbers on file. If your credit card is declined, we will not re-enter the numbers--we are charged extra when we try to re-enter a declined card (yes, the cc companies get you coming and going!).
- If you call after hours, please leave only your name, phone number and whether the call is for an order. Orders take priority over information calls. We will get back to you. Often we can contact you first thing in the morning so that you are able to pick up your order that day. Information calls will be returned as we have time.
